Cinderella - Review

True classic Disney filled with wonder & magic. Like all classic Disney films, the music is spectacular. The evil stepmother... I could punch this woman in the face I hated her so much. Making Cinderella's life a living hell and doing everything in her power to destroy Cinderella's dreams. That's when you know that your movie villain is working. If your audience would love nothing better than to see them suffer, and for the main character to defeat them, then right off the bat your film has the two most important aspects locked down. Cinderella definitely does that for sure. My main compliant is that we know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the Prince. Does he even have a name? He only has one scene where he speaks and that's it. Instead, they focus on his father for comic relief. But don't we already have the mice and Lucifer the cat for that? Anyways, I can't wait to see the new Cinderella in theatres soon! (I saw it... it's good also. More on that later.)
