Steve Jobs - Review

Films often vary the truth from what the historical facts were. But, if this movie is any indication of who Steve Jobs was as a person, then he is a total jerk. I've said time and time again that it is hard for me to watch a film whose protagonist is extremely dislikeable, in my own opinion of course. One of the reasons why I don't like Pitch Perfect very much. But what made this film stand out was the outstanding performances and all-around great effort by the filmmakers. The screenplay was tight with some great dialogue and the directing was really well done too. But by far the best part of this film was the scene in which Michael Fassbender and Jeff Daniels argue about their real intentions at Apple. It's extremely intense even though it's just two people shouting at each other. The filmmakers make it seem more like a fast-paced gun battle then two people arguing. This film was really well-made and won't be surprised at all if I see this receive many nominations at the Oscars.
