Get Over It - Review

After watching films like American Pie, Clueless, 10 Things I Hate About You and Mean Girls, all for studying the genre for my own script I'm writing, I decided I should watch a shitty one too. But honestly, there's nothing really terrible about it. Lots of the jokes don't hit their mark and no characters were downright terrible, but the whole time I was watching this film, I wanted to smack the haircut off Ben Foster's head. Also, Shane West's British Accent was beyond annoying and fake sounding. I have no idea if he is actually British but it was very annoying. The biggest sin of this film is that it is not funny and the chemistry was not there. I didn't buy for a second that Kirsten Dunst's character would like Ben Foster's. They both have little to no personality to make me believe that they would fall in love. Just skip this one guys!
