The Departed - Review

I honestly don't know where, to begin with this movie. At first, I'll admit, it was a little slow. I was thinking to myself, "Oh great, another Hateful Eight on our hands." But this film had intrigue very early on. Although it was a little slow to start, I liked the characters enough to keep going. Then, the film had me on my toes. Constantly wondering where it was going to go. A large factor contributing to that are the great performances by Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Jack Nicholson and really the whole cast. It's hard to talk about this film without giving much away because I believe you should watch this film without knowing anything about it. I went into it knowing nothing and came out really liking it. Another thumbs up for Scorsese!
