Zootopia - Review

One of the great things about Disney and Pixar is that they make films for both children and adults. ZooTopia is great for kids because it teaches them great lessons about equality and teamwork but it also is a pretty crazy accurate allegory for today's society. Race, religion, sexual orientation and other parts of who you are can dictate what others think of you and how you are treated in society and this film shines a light on that perfectly. For the film itself, it has great characters that get a lot of good laughs and sympathy from the audience. The animation is spectacular and the imagination of the Disney creative team is once again shining brightly on screen. For a film about a bunch of animals living in a giant city, it may be more real than you think.
