Little Miss Sunshine - Review

Now, this is a funny movie. I was laughing a ton. See, these type of reviews are hard to do because I'd hate to be the one who spoils any jokes. So let me just say that this movie is hilarious and all the jokes are fantastic. However, I can say this. This movie is funny because it knows how to set-up a joke and has it pay off. Little things that pop up as part of the story that you might not think about at the time come back later on as hilarious jokes. Not only that, but the humour is situational and the comedy comes through our characters dealing with these situations. That's another reason why this movie is so funny, the characters and their casting is superb. They are all so different and miserable in their own way that their interactions with each other are just gold. Not only does each character have their distinct personalities that contrast one another, but they each have their own storylines and struggles to go through. They are not all just comedic relief. Also, this movie shows that no matter how much misery one family can undertake, comedy and love will always shine through. This movie is so damn funny. Give it a watch.
