Role Models - Review

It's very rare that I will wait a week before reviewing a movie. Normally, I would sit down at my desk, no matter how late it is, and simply jot down my thoughts. For whatever reason, I put off reviewing this one. So bear in mind that my thoughts are not fresh in my memory. Role Models has nothing spectacular in it what so ever. Paul Rudd plays Paul Rudd and Sean William Scott plays Sean William Scott. Nothing really new to the table and the plot is pretty simple too. Two guys are going to go to jail unless they hang out with some kids. Obviously, by doing so, they will learn something about how to be a better person, blah, blah, blah, you've seen this before. However, this movie had me laughing a ton. It's weird because they aren't doing anything particularly special or out of the box. It's just funny and to be honest, that's all I really have to say. It's a feel-good comedy. What more can I say? Oh, maybe this. If you are one of those people that found those old vines of the little black kids swearing hilarious, then this is the movie for you. Not a bad movie to watch with your buddies or even for a "Netflix and Chill" night.
