Rambo: First Blood Part II - Review

A movie that unlike the first film, puts the action before the story. While the first film was brilliant in it's subtlety, this film goes all out with the explosions, helicopter chases and tons of bullets flying everywhere. Sylvester Stallone is just an awesome action hero and it is enjoyable movie at parts, but this film lacks the suspense and the character development that made the first film such a joy to watch. If you're doing a Rambo marathon, you'll enjoy your time. But as a movie on it's own, it's an okay action film. Not a bad watch if you just want your fill of explosions.
