Terminator: Dark Fate - Review

As a movie on it's own, Terminator: Dark Fate is an entertaining movie. Mackenzie Davis as Grace is really great as an enhanced human and Gabriel Luna as the Rev-9 Terminator is as menacing as ever. Both of them together make for some extremely exhilarating action sequences.

However, as a Terminator film and a direct sequel to the first two movies, this movie is an absolutely insulting, slap in the face. Sarah Connor and the T-800 Terminator are good in the movie, but the fact that they are even there at all is extremely disappointing.

I am not a fan of films that take the struggle of previous movies and completely erase it. If it didn't do that and found a way to write around it, then I would have given this movie a solid pass, hell maybe even a recommendation.

However, as a sequel to Terminator 2: Judgement Day, skip it.
