A Bug's Life - Review

This movie is like drinking luke warm water. Sure, it tastes fine and hell, it's even good for you, but there are so many other better options out there. A Bug's Life does everything right. Solid characters with arcs, a structured story with stakes and intimidating villains and it has some laughs, but for the first two acts, the movie felt like it was on autopilot. It was in the third act that things started to get exciting and fun and that's when the heart and the messages came into place. While although the story may be extremely predictable, Pixar is able to bring the Disney magic right when the film needs to to end on a high note. Not a bad movie by any means and for any bug lovers out there, this is a movie for you.
