Yesterday - Review

This is a cute little movie with a fun premise. What if everyone in the world except for one person forgot about the band The Beatles? Based on that hook alone, this movie got my attention. What I got was a handful of laugh out loud moments, some real charm from our lead character Jack played by Himesh Patel, the most beautiful woman on the planet Lily James also gives a great performance, and a great soundtrack (it's The Beatles, what do you expect) While the romance plot and the music plot often clash with one another and can feel underdeveloped at times, it still gives us enough twists on tired cliches and heart to warrant my recommendation.
