Bad Boys II - Review

Bad Boys II is a movie that many people enjoy... that is if they grew up with it. This was the first time watching this movie and I was not a fan. Martin Lawrence and Will Smith do have chemistry, but it's bogged down by the Michael Bay style which doesn't allow breathing room for any sport of actual human emotion. The action, while completely ridiculous was entertaining to watch, but only because of the pure mayhem. The story has nothing in it worth getting emotionally invested in.

If you want a Miami cop movie with style and charm, then Bad Boys from 1995 is the movie for you. This just feels like a Will Smith ego stroke.
